"10 minutes before closing you can’t get even one tea. Maybe it’s a Sunday only policy. I love the tea, this policy sucks. They should change the time to 7:50pm on the door or website so people would know. All the employees are wonderful. Prices aren’t bad."

"I’ve visited this place several times, it’s tough to find good tea this side of the water. Overall I’m happy with their products but the service is usually horrible. I’ve come in here multiple times with my young child (6) and they played very explicit music at a level so loud it was difficult to order. Eventually they turned it but after they’ve laughed about it and failed to apologize. This has happened enough times I think twice before visiting with my child. Overall, it’s a good place but it seems like it is ran by unsupervised teenagers with little to zero customer service training."

I found the advertisement of posters scattered around to be very helpful as I have not had the experience of ordering drinks such as this before. The selection and offerings are enjoyable and tasty and offers a variety for all types of tastes. The drinks are made to order and allow for substitutes and add ons. Another hi-light are the macarons!! What a tasty and fun treat! Customer Service is better than most surrounding restaurants, please do not sacrifice quality service! 5 ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The drinks are delicious and refreshing. This will be the new summer time hot spot in Hampton!"
