"The drive-thru lane that is reserved for app users is a bit cramped at the entrance. The driveway needs to be wider at this point. Other than that, food and service is excellent."

"Really good for a new restaurant. Staff was nice, the atmosphere was amazing with tons of Christmas decorations. Really modern way of handling a fast food restaurant. It can be confusing at first when pulling in due to the drive thru kinda cutting through the parking lot."

"Let's be honest....it's fast food. But this is Chik-Fil-A which for me at least is a notch above the rest. This one was super clean inside, the staff were awesome, food was hot and came up quickly. It was noon and they managed the crowd very well so the line was short and moved quickly. Kudos to management."

"Love Chick-fil-A! I’m thinking this is a new location because of the Grand Opening sign inside. Little disappointed though in the fact that my “always hot” sandwich wasn’t. It was cold. Bun was ice cold. And chicken was a tad warm. My cheese didn’t even melt. My husbands was cold too. He took them back and the guy at counter in a managers shirt took them back readily and told the cook they are cold. He said no they aren’t! And the manager Saadi.. yes they are I feel it’s cold. A few minutes later he brought us new sandwiches and said I’m so very sorry. We opened them.. and they were no better than the first ones. Cheese was Still ice cold too. Usually it is melted. I hope it’s all “new restaurant” learning curves. Hopefully next time the manager will think to check to be sure his employee did what he was supposed to do and figure out a way to serve hot sandwiches. It was 4:00 in afternoon and not busy so I’m sure everything was sitting waiting for a purchase. I will try it again, because I understand opening new places… but I’m only giving 1 star to the food.and 2 to the service. Also we were done in and had food in a bag instead of a tray. No offer of anything free nor did he come back to see if we were happy. Added a photo of my cold sandwich."
