"We arrived after placing an order online only to watch the employee there walk out and lock the door 40 minutes before it closed. Did not receive my order and have not been refunded yet. Will not be coming back anytime soon."
"Keep trying to give this store a chance but it has systemic problems. Drinks are made inconsistently, hygiene is horrible (one guy took my order and tried to make my drink after cleaning with soap suds and dirt visible on his hands without washing, I walked out) , and there is no customer service. A job is not like school, you have a choice not to show up and work. If you choose to work don't act like the customers who keep you financially afloat are bothering you."
"Waited 30 minutes for our order. The service is horribly slow and disorganized. The staff finished other people’s orders before ours and seemed to keep forgetting to work on our order. We had to keep going up every ten minutes to remind them. I would rather drive out of my way to go to a different tropical smoothie location."
"Two visits in a row with subpar or no service. 1st visit resulted in a smoothie that was missing ingredients - no big deal, people make mistakes. 2nd visit resulted in one employee on the phone ignoring me, and the other employee telling me they had too many online orders to prepare to take my order. This establishment does not want your business - steer clear."
"TERRIBLE customer service. The manager repeatedly spoke to me like a child, telling me sternly that I had to download and order through the app to use a coupon that clearly stated I could NOT use it in the app (see photo). She was incredibly mean and nearly made me cry. I will never go back there and will be complaining to the corporate office."
