"The other day I came in and ordered a quarter pounder meal with cheese. Replace the onion with sliver onions. The girl didn't know what I was talking about. Then I got my meal . The fries were hot which caught me off guard. Then I opened the burger the meat was so cold I wouldn't have feed it to my dog. I was already back on the highway and pissed . I tried to call and they hung up on me. Twice. Don't got here unless you wasn't cold burgers."
"Came through drive through later at night. Food was ordered special but was not served the way ordered! Hamburgers and fries were obviously old, and stale. Fries were also undercooked. The only good thing was the milkshake drink my Grandson said was good. Very disappointing visit!!"
"Christina the manager is incredibly slow, 15 minutes to *take an order* is just unacceptable. And then to say she didn’t know I was there despite coming over multiple times while giving other peoples orders. At least she had time to stop working to come over and ask who was “yelling at her” when another customer tried to get her attention (nicely) before leaving. Place usually has good service and nice employees, too bad the manager isn’t as good as the employees usually are. I hope she treats them better than customers. Sad to see. Service quality really gone downhill here. I’m starting to see why."
