"I’ve tried to come here 5 times total in the last 3 months. Of those 5 I have only been able to buy food once. 3 of the times they haven’t been accepting card. The other time they were “closed” 1.5 hours with what appeared to be all of the employees smoking a blunt just around the corner. At this point it’s officially not the worth the effort."

"The food was okay, but the server at the window had the personality of a wet blanket. My card had an issue, so it had to be run again. Upon giving it back, they shut the door immediately... I sat there for a second since nothing was said, and they opened the window and went, "What??" Just checking that everything is okay before I drive off.... " Um yeah," along with a pissed look that I interrupted them."

"I was very hungry last night, so I got up and went to Wendy's for the first time in year. The lady at the drive-thru was so rude, that I was about to cancel my order and look for somewhere else to eat. I told simply told that I did not want any Mayo on my sandwich and she closed the the window in my face and I heard her mocking me. "He said he hope that there is no mayo on his sandwich!" while she talked to the cook and co-worker. She was a black lady. There was a white lady sweeping the floor and a young black man who was the cook. I felt so disrespected, that I am talking time to write this review. People like this doesn't appreciate thier job, shouldn't even have a job. She purposely didn't give me a straw for my drink and act very irritated when I asked for ketchup and barbecue sauce. Please put this lady in training and teach her customer service skills. This type of experience makes me not want to spend my money tgere and tell my friends and family to stay away from that particular locations. Hope someone reads this and forward this to the franchise owner. I wish I can get my money back, because they gave me a cold sandwich. The cheese wasn't even melted. Wasted time and money. This occurrence happened after 11pm on 11/18/2023. No thank you."

"First time eating from Wendy’s breakfast menu. My new fave. These are the best breakfast potatoes out of all the fast food chains. They were perfectly crispy and seasoned. Not oily like BK hash browns. Pumpkin spice frosty cream cold brew was ok."

"My french toast was as black as I am. My sandwich had no cheese and cold butter was spread everywhere and they were out of potatoes. No wonder nobody was in line. This was a horrible experience. It also was ridiculous since there was absolutely no one in line!!"
