"It's a hit and a miss with some of the dishes we ordered. So, starting out we ordered: Chicken satay + calamari. They were both good. We proceed to order entrees based on the waitress' recommendations: Curry Laska and Tom Yum Soup with Jumbo Prawns. We also decided to Singapore Noodles, and Hainanese Chicken on Rice. Both Curry Lask + Tom Yum were too salty to eat just by themselves. We ended up asking for white rice to put it the soup and that helped. Singapore Noodles were a bit bland. The Hainanese chicken was the only dish that our group all liked the dish!"

"We got a takeout because it was fully reserved till 8pm! It was still great and i would say the malaysian dishes tasted 100% authentic! All my friends enjoyed their first taste of Malaysia and I will definitely return to have a dine in experience!"

"Really pretty interior! The vibe here is chic and definitely a good place to bring friends or family. The service is prompt and friendly as well and they were very accommodating to our large group that included kids. *note that I just got back from a long trip to Singapore and Malaysia and have tried many Singaporean/malaysian dishes over the past few years* Food-wise, we tried the roti canai (roti was done very well but the curry was a bit weird and not authentic), beef satay (fine but a bit dry), calamari (fine, basic), and marinated pork (very good, recommend trying) for appetizers. The portions aren’t huge but enough to split between a group. We then had the hainan chicken (not authentic versus what Singapore has but still good—the chicken rice is decent as well), soft shell chili crab (spicy and flavorful but it has much more tomato flavor than it should), crab fried rice (really good, recommend-packed with crab), char kway teow (this was fine but still missing a bit umami flavor that the dish should have), sambal shrimp (strong sambal flavor, done well), and mixed vegetables (basic dish but fine). We tried the rice cake desserts and blue pea jello. The jello is pretty flavorless and not sweet at all. Pretty but not very good. The kway was okay but the filling for some were too sweet. Overall, I would return to try more dishes. I do think it’s the best Singaporean and Malaysian restaurant in the DMV but their Thai dishes were better. Parking is difficult to find but there is a garage nearby."
