"Both our sandwiches were burnt. Bread was burnt, bacon was burnt. It was so burnt we couldn’t even finish eating it. Truly horrible food. However, we got the oatmeal chocolate chip cookies and those were wonderful. I’m hoping this was just a rushed lunch order that someone overlooked, and not a norm. But I will not be trying it again to see."
"Ordered online today to pick up at 11:20am…. Walked to store and ended up waiting 40 minutes while the employees made all the customers that walked in orders first. The wait to pickup line kept growing and growing and since we had all paid for our meals, leaving was not an option. Not once did anyone acknowledge or apologize. It would I gotten order quicker by walking in to order. I think the manager needs to rethink that the call in orders are equally as important as walk-ins"
"Sandwiches were both tasty and filling. Especially the Mediterranean, one of the best we had! The service was quick and efficient. Recommended as a good place for a quick bite. Ambiance was great too. Very calm and quiet. May be because we went on a less busy night of a weekday. But loved the experience!"
