"I really tried to avoid writing this review. However, as a regular to Matchbox restaurants, I must say that my visit to Reston Station resulted in serious disappointment. Food-Below standards for the price. Customer Service- Poor My daughter ordered a margarita pizza, which came out as a kids cheese pizza. I asked the staff (who seemed to be the bartender) whether it was a margarita pizza. Well, needless to say, she decided to be a bit rude and stated "Thats a Margarita Pizza, and it's how we make it." Please see the picture below for all you culinary experts. Apparently, some of us were taught incorrectly on a proper Margarita Pizza. She never tried to practice proper customer service, possibly to make a new pizza. Instead, she continued to prove her point. Then the fish & chips were very subpar. The fish fillet was 80% breading and over fried. Again, please see the photo below. The only thing that was of decent quality were the fries. The service, the other entrees, and customer service DID NOT match the other Matchbox locations I've dined at. The manager approved our table after he realized I was writing this review and took off the pizza from the tab. Unfortunately, the damage was already done. Sorry to say...I will never dine at the Reston Station location again. So if you want to give them a try, hopefully they will read this and improve. Reston has high expectations for restaurants and hope this location will step their game up."
"Good place for food and drinks with coworkers after you're done for the day. The food was good! Cauliflower crust is A+ Seemed a bit understaffed, but there was a large group dining, so that could have played a factor. There was a solo guitar/singer that was kind of loud. Made it difficult to chat with my group. But it was good music! Park in the garage. It's cheaper than valet, and this place validates."
