Baker's Crust Artisan Kitchen

"It’s was a very unpleasant experience. It was early afternoon and customers were few. My friend & I were seated at a table where there was food on the chair. The Two tables next to us hard food all over the floor from earlier dinners with children. I ask to change tables explaining I didn’t want to look at that mess. I was told sure sit anywhere the next shift will take care of that. There is little or no menu items for vegetarians. The best option I could find was a Margarita Pizza. The pizza arrived in approximately 3minutes, the crust was soggy with cheese that had 4 little leaves of basil thrown on top. The bathroom wasn’t clean & no toilet paper, I’m sure the next shift would take care of that! ..The only positive thing I can say is the server was pleasant. The food doesn’t come close to the prices they charged…we will not be returning."

"On 1/7/24 it was my family & I first time. The food was very tasteful. I only have a pic of my food. I had the Jamaican French Toast with a side of maple sausage links & scramble eggs w/ cheese. My family had the chicken & waffles w/ eggs, the Ham scrambler, and the baker's breakfast. Everyone enjoyed their meals and plan to return. The waitress was very nice and helpful(forgot her name)."

"Great little place to get a bite to eat. Great service, great food, and great atmosphere. There is a 3.5% but I'm willing to pay it here. The kids tomato soup is really good. Burger was a little chewy, but had great flavor. Overall I will come back when out shopping."

"The food was delicious and a fair price. Plenty of seating and great atmosphere. The only negative was the waitress was rude about the change. I paid with cash and asked for the change, she only gave me the bills, and when I asked what happened to the loose change, she said that it’s their policy not to give loose change unless they’re specifically asked. I never heard of that before, and was shocked that they expect their customers to round up their bill, where if I was paying by card I would be charged the exact price."

"STEER CLEAR OF THIS PLACE. HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT!!! My fiance ordered a smash burger and I ordereda BC combo (salad and half sandwich) from the lunch/dinner menu. Asked for the salad first, but it was brought out with the entrée. Asked for mustard, but none was available, truly astonishing! Very few people were seated, but there were several tables that had not been cleared upon arrival and stayed that way throughout the hour that I was there. The patio was in disrepair. My fiancé remembered being seated in the patio a few years earlier when a carpenter was there providing an estimate for repairs to the patio that have yet to be addressed. Restrooms were dirty and the sole hot water faucet in the women's restroom was missing...see photo (employee's should be washing hands with hot water). The floor was wet or oily near the entrance to the restroom and I nearly slipped and fell as there was no sign that the floor was wet (you can see evidence of slippage in the photos and no caution signage). The bread on the sandwich was dry, stale and hard to bite into. Brought the lack of mustard and poor service to the attention of the manager who only said that sometimes they run out of things and he was not apologetic at all."
