"Early morning shift black female employee, (she and everyone knows who she is) has such a bad attitude and makes herself and the store very unpleasant. Absolutely no reason to act up but obviously unhappy. I recommend all Dashers reconsider taking orders from this location. Food is always late and even they allow food orders to go missing claiming other Dashers came and got the order. They don’t have a good system flow."
"Terrible....bad attitude employees, super slow service........REALLY slow. Do not go here to get food. They used to be one of the fastest at service at one time. If you go now you had better bring a book to read because you will be in line a LONG time."
"I came to the store @4:30 in the drive through. The employee said her name was Shamesha and that the store was closed. I said ok and got out of the of the line and she took the next customer behind me. Very rude and dishonest. I would’ve went back in line to ask her why she lied but I didn’t want them fixing my food afterwards."
"Restaurant was very clean, bathroom not so fresh, maybe install automatic air freshener devices to keep it smelling nice. Food was fresh and hot, fries could have been cooked a little crispier. Served in a very timely manner. A plus for that. Great for a quick pickup dinner"
"Very poor customer service overall; I visit this store very very often for fries and many a times the fires are stale, cold and crushes into small pieces (like leftovers). The person who takes the order sometimes is extremely rude especially the last time I was there on 8/30/2023, the lady literally yelled at me and fries were so bad that I threw them i the trash can; my daughter didn't eat them."
