"Paid for extra ranch and didn’t get it. Checked the receipt to make sure we weren’t charged and we were, and also noticed then that we were charged for items we didn’t even order. When I called to speak with manager, Eric, who answered the phone was very unhelpful and said all he could do is for me to drive all the way back to the store and get the items I was charged for… that I didn’t order… he got a salty attitude when I said that wasn’t right to do to people and made it seem like he was doing me the worlds biggest favor by offering to refund the items I was charged for that I didn’t order. As a business owner I could never imagine making my customers pay for my own mistakes and then trying to make them feel bad for me fixing my own mistakes. Overall gave us the ick about every going to another DQ."

"After leaving another restaurant because we were getting no service, my daughter, grandchildren, and I came here. We had chicken tender meals and sundaes. All the food was good and I had forgotten how good Dairy Queen soft serve is. Yum!"

"Summed up they messed up our order. didnt even give us a bun on the 1st hamburger they messed and the bun for the 2nd well you can see. The guy who was at the window was acting like he was losing his mind just cause we said he got our order wrong. Absolutely awful, waste of money."

"I have stopped here many times and have always had good service, but tonight I decided to go in to order because the drive thru was packed, at the time when I walked in,I was the only one in the restaurant, I stood at the front register for a couple of minutes and then I met "Todd" the most unenthused person I have ever met. He came to the register without greeting looking down while slowly taking his gloves off, then just looked up with no response. After ordering my last item which was a drink he slung his arms around asking "small medium or large, you have to tell me". At this point I was holding myself back from blowing up. I know these times are frustrating and lack of help and dealing with restrictions can cause allot of stress, but customers are very important and one bad employee can drive them away forever. I thought maybe it was just me, but while filling my drink a another customer was talking about how rude and arrogant he was."
