"Not sure if they are just lazy or maybe closing early due to lack business(now I see why),but anyways, I made a mobile order on the app which states they do not close the drive thru until 12am. I got to the store at around 11 or 11:15 and there was a lady outside in the drive thru arguing with a man in a pickup truck. When I got close to the store she said “We are closed” I said “ Ok, but what about the mobile order I made and yall accepted and took the money off my card?” She stated that she didn’t know what to tell me as she was walking back into the store. Normally this place has great customer service but not on this night! The lady was very snippy and kind of off putting and careless, and not to mention rude. I’m guessing she may have been a little heated from her previous discussion/argument seconds before. So now I have to wait 5-10 days to get my $27 back and not to mention the wasted time and fuel. At least the trip was not a total loss me and my fiancé went to Wendy’s(who also close at 12am) and found out they have a very personal,and charismatic guy working the drive thru who after he found out they left out our drinks gave us a large drink each instead and a order of chicken nuggets each for having to wait! Very Disappointed in BK as I am a regular customer that comes at least 2 to 3 times a week. The least they could do is update the online store hours!"
"If your gonna eat at Marion Burger King eat during the day. The night time employees well let's just say don't care I have stopped eating there because 3 out of 5 times I have to take the food back because it's wrong"
"I love BK. Grew up in Miami where it was founded. Like most restaurants in this area the Marion location suffers because of a lack of good labor. I do not blame the restaurant as there isn't much you can do. I give this location a solid "B""
"I ordered my food to go in the dining room because there was a line in the drive thru. Everyone was very polite and very efficient. Ally was the cashier that helped me out. She was very nice and very fast. She got me and my several different orders out quickly during lunch rush!"
"Fresh tasting food and friendly staff. Shootout to Hayley specifically as she was very friendly and made our experience here enjoyable."
