"Coffee sucked..asked for cream and sugar..tasted..None of either..said for some reason they weren't allowed to fix coffees..well McDonald's does..of course having the correct equipment would help...bisquit was great unlike McDonald's where the bisquit is always hard around the edges. Hardee's nice soft and buttery..yummy so McDonald's coffee and hashbrown Hardee's the bisquits. Next visit...didn't order coffee..drive thru was extremely slow...they had run out of gravey for bisquits and gravey, so that was no go...price extreme for 4 plain biscuits and 2 cheese biscuits $16 just a little high..next time make my own at home."
"My Wife and I were in town for a family reunion. We wanted lunch and had the pleasure of your establishment. Our food was the best ever from a Hardee's that I had in years. Thank your team that worked the 5pm shift on 7/28/23."
"I picked up breakfast to take home. I ordered 2 of their new super biscuits, one sausage and one bacon. Total cost just under $10. I got home to find the bacon biscuit had no bacon. The biscuit itself was a misshapen mess that should’ve never been served. It’s so disappointing that the drive through customer is served unappetizing food and incorrect orders. They are the customers who keep your business going; they’re just as important as your dine-in customer."
