"So went to go in keep in mind it’s freezing rain. Doors locked it’s not even 7 how are doors locked. Wait in drive thru forever. Order then paid the 5 minutes later get told they don’t have everything we ordered. Refund those items then wait another 5 felt like10 minutes for food. Jr bacon wasn’t made right seriously not that hard to no put tomatoes on. Then the patty was so small it was horrible . Then food was cold. Worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to ."

"The food is great and all employees and management are friendly and helpful but one employee who's name is Dawn, she isn't friendly to me and she gives me dirty looks when I walk in the restaurant and I'll never go back to this Wendy's again ever. Dawn isn't friendly to others as well that I've seen."

"Waited in line for 20 minutes after placing an order in the drive through, once we got closer to the window everyone inside seemed to be shuffling around and confused as to what they were doing. I will not be going to this Wendy’s again until their employees are able to bring truth to the term “fast food”"

"Charged me for another customers order that was $8 more. When I asked if it was fixed they told me it was all fine. But they had run my card and then crumpled up my receipt and threw it away so I couldn’t see that they charged me for someone else’s order."
