"Had our 1988 Ford F-150 towed to them. We have a regular mechanic but he could not get to it for a couple of weeks. It took a couple of days for them to get to it but when they called he said that a part needed to be replaced but he could not find a new part for it in the area. He said it was easy enough for us to repair on our own. We were charged a $65 diagnostic fee. We ordered a part online but they said they do not install parts brought in. When I went in to ask about where the part needs to go and what tools are needed, a guy behind the counter said I could not use his tools and that he was not going to do it for me. I never asked to use his tools or for him to do it for me. It was already understood that they would not do this. The man was unfriendly and unwilling to help in any way. Just going by how uncomfortable the conversation was, I would not recommend this place. I have no idea how their workmanship is since they could not and would not fix our vehicle."

"I will definitely go back to Precision Auto Care; they're wonderful there. Took my car in for an oil change, they were able to get it changed quickly without any problems. My oil light came on the next day, called the shop and they checked it out right away. Great customer service."
