"Make sure they put sauce in the bag. Spent $50 at this location and not one sauce packet. Didn’t realize until I got home. Now I have $50 worth of Taco Bell and no sauce. When I told them do better they hung up and then refused to answer back. Update: “manager” Chris got completely rude raised his voice with me and hung up again. All I needed was for you to make it right and compensate for time and inconvenience. Regardless if sauce packets are free if they were ordered then the order was wrong. I will contact the GM and never go to this location."
"Food is okay if you ever get it! I can’t tell you how many times i’ve spent 30 minutes to over an hour in the drive thru here. It would make sense if there were tons of people in line, but that’s not the case. I’ve sat at the window, being the only person in line and had to wait that long. It is beyond ridiculous. If there’s a shortage of staff, I do feel bad and I hope they can get more employees. Other than that there is honestly no excuse."
"Super pleased with our experience at this Taco Bell! The food was great, as far as Taco Bell goes, and service was great as well. Mostly, we were just really happy to have a place to enjoy a late night meal with family."
"Good food. Services need an upgrade. Staff were not overly friendly and they got my order mixed up and gave to a drive thru customer & had to remake my order. I was on the clock so time was an issue so we basically had to gulp it down and run. Very aggrevating."
