"I ordered two beds April 12 and now a day from August, I still haven’t received them. The last I spoke to them July 18 they had not officially ordered my beds to be sent from a holding facility. Was told the company didn’t want to send anything without a full load of merchandise. The gentleman I spoke to that day only ordered one of my beds at first until I noticed he only said bed and not beds. He said it could be 3 weeks from that day for them to arrive in store. It has been 16 weeks since order was placed and still no beds! At this point I’m about to just tell them to cancel my order and go elsewhere."
"The shopping experience was very good sales person was helpful. Delivery was good however when I needed help getting a part for my recliner that the motor burnt upon the experience was not very helpful. I purchased the complete living room suit in 2018 and by the end of 2022. The arm on the loveseat was completely broken from very little use. The motor went out on my electric recliner when I contacted the store for help ordering a new motor I was told this furniture had been discontinued to contact the manufacturer upon contacting the manufacturer I was told that they did not sell to the public, and that the furniture store would have to order this for me so now less than five years after purchasing a complete living room set I’m down to only having a couch will never purchase anything else from here"
