"I ordered a 1/3 Angus Thick burger combo. It was delicious as usual. It was well done and what I expected to get. I always ask for no onions since they normally come on it. They left them off as instructed. The staff was very friendly and the order came quickly. I took it home for lunch and it was still warm. I'm giving it 4 stars though because most of the fries were really small and hard. I must have gotten the last of a batch. I've had them again in the last 2 days and they were warm, crispy on the outside soft on the inside."
"Very unsatisfied. This is the second worse Hardies I have ever been to. Food was litterally mangled in its wrapper. I waited for 15 minutes which is no big deal for Saturday morning at 10am, however my food sat in the warmer for 10 of those minutes. They had 3 people doing drive thru while only one person working the front when the inside was busy and no more than 2 cars in drive thru. 3 people in the back working on food, 2 of them were prepping for lunch.. very poorly operated and managed restraunt, needs some serious attention from upper management."
