"Ordered pizza online bank account showed money pending for Rustburg store but when we went to get our food they claimed not to have an order for us, while trying to figure out where our order was the two girls was very rude and smart alics, we found our food had been made in Altavista, not knowing where Domino's in Altavista was we asked the girls if they knew and all they would say is Altavista and laugh. These girls have no business working with the public and I can't believe a place like Domino's would allow people like this to work in their stores."

"So my wife ordered some food a while ago on the app and we waited for a while then it went to quality check and stayed on quality check for an hour and a half then we decided to call down there to see what’s going on and the lady said that our order was on the way so we waited for 30 more minutes still nobody showed up with our food so we tried calling again to see what was going on, the line was busy. Then we decided to go down there in person and we get halfway down there I get a call from grandmother saying the driver showed up with our food and I said that we’re on the way back just a couple minutes up the road and then we get back nobody was here, the lady had left with our food and we called again to see what’s going on the lady said she was going to call the driver to come back. So we waited for another 15 minutes my wife gets a.notifications saying our order has been cancelled. It’s pretty sad to have wait over 2 hrs to get your food delivered then the driver takes it back. It was lack of communication on the app to keep us updated on our food and having to wait over 2 hrs to just have our order cancelled even tho it wasn’t our choice to cancel the order"
"They have made my pizza order to perfection every time, one night the pizza didn’t cook right and when Steph the manager found out, she made it right and you can tell the staff are having a good time and getting things done. She’s doing it right, some one needs to give her a raise."
