"I frequent this sonic time and time again because it's near my house and 80% of the time there is something wrong with my food or drinks, I visited tonight at 6:30 was told they close at 7 I ordered 3 burgers and was told they were making the food fresh and had to wait about 7 minutes for food no big deal I prefer fresh food. Well I get home to eat and NONE of the burgers were fresh they actually were hard and dry and 2/3 of them were missing the bacon that comes on them as it's in the name garlic butter bacon cheeseburger. I'm. It complaining about the wait I'm complaining about the fact I was lied to about my food being fresh."
"Stopped in to get some lunch on 10/1. Pulled up to drive thru speaker to order. The person taking the order was unable to take the order the first 2 times. I had to repeat the order 3 times before he got it right. Pulled up to the window after it was opened the guy said how much it was and I handed him my credit card. Moments later we got our drinks and credit card with receipt. Guy handed the order to me and immediately shut the window saying nothing. I wasn’t sure if the complete order was in the bag so I had to go thru the bag to see that it was all there. It would of been nice if he said something like “THANK YOU” very rude. I will not return. That was my first experience with Sonic. I had hoped it would of been better. One rude employee can ruin the restaurants reputation."
"The BLT I ordered was great! Lots of bacon! My favorite place to get a BLT quick. Drive thru was busy when I arrived but I didn't wait longer than 5mins to get my food. Service was friendly as well. Would recommend this location."
