"They're very good mechanics, but they're VERY SLOW. Mostly because longtime customers just stop in and get bumped to the head of the line. Constantly. It's a crapshoot whether you can get anyone on the phone also. Unless you're a longtime customer, don't bring your car here if you need it fixed quickly. Be prepared to WAIT."
"Don't try dealing with this place because it doesn't matter how good the actual mechanics are if they have an unprofessional beligerant office clerk who will tell you one thing any given day but something else another day. That's if you can even get her to answer the phone or return calls. Thankfully I saved everything and texts. The clerk tries to blame the owners, Jackson and Davis and Ht incorporate of the property for poor business practices."
"Just to be clear, one “horrible” review had nothing to do with the shop or service whatsoever. It was due to the unpleasant demeanor of a person who was served as fair as any other customer believing that she/he was entitled to be priority over everyone else. The “horrible” part was the poor attitude of the customer being serviced, not the customer service. Ask anyone about this shop and you’ll soon understand that they are tough to beat in service, quality, craftsmanship and cost!"
