"My 2012 Ford Escape was a great car, but mileage was high and I was ready for an newer model. I had it serviced at Paul Obaugh Ford and they were always good to me so when I wanted to upgrade my car, I went there to look. I had in mind what I wanted when I went in. The salesman, Robert Baldwin, met me at the door and was excellent. He listened to me about what I wanted and found me the car that was almost perfect. He ordered the top rails and had them installed before delivery and that made it perfect. Justin was my car guru. He installed the app on my phone and taught me all the buttons and whistles. Even Sherry, in accounting was so efficient, had all my paperwork in order so that it just took minutes to sign and buy my car. I highly recommend Paul Obaugh Ford."
