"Went in Hardee's in Lexington on 09/01/23 @ 930am. Took me 15 minutes to receive my order. The Manager, Teresa was taking orders. Very rude!! An elderly gentleman was placing his order. Manager asked what would you like to drink? He replied, I don't know and the Manager stated, I am not a mind reader. That is very unprofessional. Then, a man ordered a tea for 1.67. He gave the Manager two dollars and he went to fill his cup. Manager said, here is your .33 cent change. He said, I don't want it and you can keep it. Manager said, more money for me and placed change in her front pocket. Always thought, it would go back into cash register. If I go into Hardee's again and see this Manager, I will walk out. She needs some sensitivity training!!!"
"Not worth the money or stopping for a quick meal. The restaurant was dirty and the food was not fresh. The staff were friendly. We were the only customers at dinner time on a Friday night for at least the 30 or so minutes we stopped there."
"I asked a simple question, and the staff were rude and did not help me. I've been to nearly every fast food restaurant within 50 miles of me this summer, and this was the only one that had treated me badly. Every other Hardee's, including the one I bought breakfast at today, have been the nicest people."

"Food was dry, being only warm not fresh and hot. Chicken tenders were tiny as they are 5.99 for 3!!! Usually we love stopping at hardees as we love their burgers. This time not so much. This location isn't one we'll take time to visit again."
