"Haven't gone in several months since they constantly mess up orders. Finally decide to go back since they've got two whole lanes now and maybe they're doing better. No, pay for the food and not given a receipt. Come to find order isn't correct again. Not the only place in Waynesboro to do this. Taco Bell is especially bad as well. For me Wendy's is the only place to consistently get order right."
"Need to be better training in customer service. They are rude. If a customer is not being rude there is no reason for being a smart tail or rude. And I've experienced it the last several times I've been there especially with the new GM. It seems as if she didn't really want to be bothered and told me it was nothing she could do about it instead of saying ma'am I can't do anything for you but if you call customer service I know they can help you with that instead of I can't help you."
