"This is the 2nd time I've pulled in the drive thru with no response, no one there and it was 8:30 am on a Wednesday! The other time a girl was in there, took my order, then took forever to come to the window! This is very poorly run! At least if you're going to be closed put a sign up! Sad!"
"At tropical smoothie in Waynesboro (8:40a) & it says that they open at 8a. No lights on, sat at drive thru for 5 mins no one answered! Called & no one answered! So basically, they don't open at 8a!! Needed my energy boost this morning (Lean Machine)! Guess I'll go hm & get bk in bed!!! This sucks!!!"
"Order was sitting behind the desk when I asked I was told "when it's in the box it's ready hun" okay.. so they made me wait then nothing was added to the bag. I drove all the way back to work to find the order wrong. Tried calling but it's busy completely 0 answer, does your phone not work? Now I'm here waiting on an order with a "Looks like it was accident" Yeah okay last accident I'm making coming out here."
"I love the smoothie I had. I didn’t know what to get and the lady on the mic was so helpful. The wrap I got was huge and delicious. I just hate the location. There’s definitely going to be tons of accidents there. I know it isn’t their fault but come on, the city planner really screwed up there."
