"I had reserved a MT loader a day in advance. They confirmed my name and date but when i went to pickup the loader, they had just rented it to someone else. I had already got a load of rock delivered and now no way to move it. They have cost me time and monday. They offered no reasoning, accountable nor any care for the costly mistake. They said i probably called a different store but i verified on my redail it wsa them. Beware!! Called 10/1/2023 Expected pickup 10/2/2023"

"Stopped by to have a propane tank refilled. I was told someone would meet me at the refilling station. After 15 minutes nobody came out. I went in and reminded the lady at the cash register and she radioed again for someone to help me. After another 15 minutes without getting any service, I left. I am giving two stars (instead of one) only because the lady did try to get me some help. Not her fault. Seems like the True Value service was better before they converted to Ace."
