"I went Wendy’s this location thrice had terrible experiences . They always mess up the order Like if ask for nuggets 4count they will bag 7 and charge me for 8count .This happened thrice bcoz of kid we never return the order back . I don’t know why it’s so hard to get an order correct.They even serve cold old batch nuggets and fries .This kind of over cleverance should be reported."
"Your customer service skills are very necessary. When a customer comes inside to pickup a mobile order someone should be at the counter to assist them. The customer shouldn’t have to wait 6 minutes for you to walk up nonchalantly as if you aren’t working. If I have to wait even 2 minutes at your counter again I will take pictures and post them online. Respectfully"
"I always go here after work and the food is always hot and ready with a smile! Yes, inside is messy sometimes with unclean tables, but it’s a Wendy’s. Sometimes the fries are not salted enough and that’s my only complaint, but no big deal. I just order a salt packet, but it would be better if they salted their fries more. The chicken nuggets are wonderful though!"
"I use to work here and let me be honest. If you order a batch of unsalted fries, they will use the same exact batch from the warmer and put it in the fryer. The manager, Maria, is a total loss. She assaulted me in front of a group of customers for a small mistake I made. Arash, he has insulted me in front of a delivery driver—waiting to pick-up. This Wendy’s is super unprofessional and I’m not surprised knowing they have new workers 24/7."
