"Great staff, consistent food. Sketchy addicts and beggars here at most hours... Not the "regular" kind, but like, well, for example: A dude went berserker while stumbling through the drive thru, trying to punch me through the open car window while I paid for my lunch, punched and kicked a few cars, and ran off loudly yelling toward Harris Teeter. There are police here most of the time. I don't recommend stopping here unless cops are present."

"For breakfast the several times I went there my order came out fast, hot and correct. The last couple times I have been there at night my orders have came out wrong, missing items, and cold. I have been missing fries, condiments we requested and meals. Tonight we were missing bbq sauce for my sons twenty piece nuggets in which we specifically requested and we got to large drinks that were supposed to sprite but tasted like seltzer water or that they hadn’t changed it in a while. This absolutely needs to be corrected."

"Came here to post a review on my way to reach out to corporate, and the hundreds of other reviews are not far off at all. Did a curbside pick up through the app at midnight. Pulled up and waited. No sign of anyone coming out, however it was busy. Called the restaurant after 30 minutes to check on our order. We were not rushing them, simply checking on our order. We were told someone would be out. Manager, Anif (will be confirming the name before I reach out to corporate) , came out with a bag split down the middle, tossed it into our vehicle, having most of the spill out, and as a nice topping to a great customer service experience, we’re told (as he’s walking away) that next time to not order curbside when it’s busy, and that no one will come out next time. There was no warning, no update, we would have been fine to go in and grab the order if they had requested it when we were on the phone. From the first minute of interaction we were met with attitude and disrespect. If this store is not equipped to handle curbside pick up it needs to be removed from the app. Will update the review after speaking with corporate on their response."

"Busy busy at 8am. I was craving the monthly sausage egg and cheese biscuit meal. Black coffee. In and out the drive thru for $5.81 and off to a good start for the day. They had music playing from speakers outside the store. It was kinda nice while in the drive thru. Also the grounds/facility was well maintained. Fast service as usual."
