"I’ve always had good experiences at this CFA. Service is not instantaneous during peak hours because they get busy, but I’ve never had to wait longer than 5-10 minutes. Food is always high-quality, and the cashiers are friendly."
"I would never go back to this particular location ever again. Went there one day and waited in line just like everyone else. The cashier took order for 2 people ahead of me and the dude walking with a tablet basically skipped me and took the order from the 2 people right behind me. At the end, the 4 customers mentioned got their food and I was left standing there waiting for my food. The manager did nothing to accommodate. When I contacted corporate office, they slap me with an template/generic apology and a stupid offer for ice cream cone. And no, not everyone who works there are "nice". They are all human like us and make mistakes just like everyone else."
"Luis was wonderful! I went to another location in MD through a drive through. After fighting traffic home for over an hour and a half I opened my bag to find my order was incorrect. I went to this location and brought everything back and Luis made it right! Thank you so much for your kindness and understanding with my dilemma and making it right. I will be returning to this location for sure!"

"First time at this location (and haven't been to many in Virginia). BUSY lunch rush during the week. Not a drive thru which I didn't even think of (thanks, Texas). Employees walk in the line and take orders as usual. A spicy Southwest salad and 8 grilled nuggets was well worth the wait."
