"We needed some specialty replacement batteries for a power wheelchair, and we needed them quickly! The staff here was awesome, trying to organize the van hand-offs and everything in order to get the batteries to the right place for us in time. When we arrived, the staff member was extremely helpful in preparing the new batteries to go into the wheelchair, which was trickier than we had realized. It was nice having someone experienced there to assist! We even unexpectedly left with a great little multi-tool pocket knife, because they have a little bit more there than just batteries. We were really impressed with the helpful nature of this company overall, wish them all the best, and would highly recommend them!"
