"I am giving up. Far too often, they have basically no chicken ready to go. They estimate it will take 10-15 minutes to prepare, and it still takes longer. All while the store isn't even busy. Best thing at Popeye's used to be the onion rings, but those are long gone. Overall not what it used to be and this location is particularly sub-par."
"4 Aug Inspection Results Violations: The following food item(s) were observed cold holding at improper temperatures using a calibrated food temperature measuring device: coleslaw @ undercounter reach-in refrigerator: 47, 49. The following food item(s) were observed hot holding at improper temperatures using a calibrated food temperature measuring device: spicy chicken=130F,classic chicken =110F, white crispy chicken=11F. The following methods used for cooling were not adequate to facilitate proper cooling: containers closed tightly during cooling and stacked, preventing rapid cooling. There is no covered refuse container for the disposal of feminine napkins in the ladies room stall. Observed that the floor under storage shelving inside the walk-in freezer is in need of cleaning. Lockers or other suitable facilities are not provided for employees clothing and other possessions."
"I stopped by today to order some food. There was only two employees up front to help the customers. But they were only able to put together the mobile orders. I waited 30 minutes to give my order but they didn't even look at my face. And finally i asked one of them can i order food here up front or you only accept mobile orders. She said yes you can but i am busy right now wait a minute with an attitude. I was standing right in front of her for already 30 minutes. I just walked out without order anything. This girls working there are really unprofessionals and very rude. Stay away from this location."
"Visiting from out of town. My wife was craving a Popeyes sandwich for dinner. Google indicated this place was open until 11pm. We drove for a quite a while and arrived at 10pm. We stood in line and ordered our food. Employees were rude and only offered food that was already prepared and sitting under heatlamps. They were talking about customers derisively in Spanish, not knowing that this gringo is fluent. Definitely tainted our esteem of the Popeyes chain."
"Ordered 6 pc ghost pepper chicken and 3 pc chicken tender. Got 3pc regular chicken and 3 pc chicken tender, no sauces. Took them 30 min to make, with unfriendly service."
