"My family loves Sunflower Vegetarian Restaurant and we have been coming here for many years. Food is always wonderful, service is friendly and the place is clean. Highly recommend if you’re not vegetarian and prefer meat, try Crispy Happiness!"

"I think this is my first negative review of a place….Very saddened to see the free fall in customer service, and also good quality. Been going here since 2007 (Falls church location, which has since closed, and this one in Vienna). Used to be a wonderful friendly place with very high quality food under Tony and Maggie. Management changed, quality dropped (the peanut sauce for the cold basil roll has tasted sour several times, and they had been told about it also) and prices went up. I guess the final nail for us was when the person answering the phone today very curtly said We won’t make any substitutions anymore’ - what we asked for (again for the last 15 years and even last month) was a change to the base of a soup from one to another. No reason given. Anyhow, maybe your policy changed, maybe the person didn’t want to do it. Whatever the case, you have lost a long time loyal customer who made it a point to stick with you during Covid to ensure we did our part for a local small vegetarian business. And with us 6 other families at least. Good luck with your business."

"The sushi and wonton soup were amazing. But the paneer dishes were both undercooked. The vegetables also seemed kind of bland. It was an okay experience."

"Believe it or not, this is my first time eating at an all vegetarian restaurant! AND it was a great first experience! Everything we ordered was delicious ~ the meat alternatives for Crispy Happiness and General Tso's Surprise were veggie-beef and veggie-chicken, and the dumplings and spring rolls were all veggie! They don't do dine-in yet, only takeout, but they do have a few tables outside to eat. Definitely recommend this place if you're looking for a vegetarian/vegan options in the area."
