"My go to place when I’m out and about with my son and know I won’t make it home for lunch. He loves their kids Mac and cheese that comes with a yogurt (other options available). My first time at this Panera and thought the fireplace was a nice touch to the restaurant. I had a coffee and a bear claw. I also like that I don’t have to wait on line to order. I can walk to our table and order from there. Table numbers are on the top of the table."

"I placed my order via delivery service. I not only received the wrong item, but the amount of meat in the Napa Valley chicken salad was abysmal (and received greens when I requested not to have them) When I tried to call this Panera location to confirm whether or not they had the Broccoli and Cheddar Mac and Cheese, so I could reorder the RIGHT product, I had to call several times and no one ever picked up. This absolutely ruined my lunch and I’m still starving."

"Ordered the 2 item deal with Mac n cheese and wild rice chicken soup. That's it. Ordered at 1120 am, so early in the lunch hour. Took 25min for them to plop some already made food into two bowls. And then, they skimped on the Mac n cheese one of the cheapest items they can make (see pic). I actually asked the server if they game the right amount and they said yes, but offered to give me another Baggett. Made no sense. Those people don't know what they're doing. At least the food was good, but for $12, fill up the already small bowl you're putting $1 worth of mac n cheese in. They should be embarrassed of their greed! They're also cutting costs on upkeep and mnx. One of the ordering machines was on the fritz and the inside was a bit run down looking, warn furniture, mars on the walls, etc. Definitely will never go back there. DO NOT RECOMMEND."

"Very helpful and friendly staff. Managers present helping speed up the serving process and they are very helpful should you need anything. At the bakery counter Irvine provides awesome customer service and makes sure you have a pleasant visit. Irvine went above and beyond today to make sure I found the food items I was looking for and that I was satisfied. Cannot recommend dealing with him enough. Raid Pickup is usually pretty spot on from expected ready time. If you arrive/order around lunch time (11-2ish) expect a little longer wait for in house ordering or Rapid Pickup but the crew that makes the food really hustles, while paying close attention to detail, so you have everything you need. Really nice improvements here at this location the past few weeks to bump my review up to 5 stars for this Panera. For reference we stop by 1-2 times a week at this location. Typically between 12-2pm. We frequently order the Roasted Turkey & Avocado. The new Deli Ham sandwich is really nice too as they return ham sandwiches to the menu!"

"We came here for a light dinner. Had sandwiches and soup. Perfect combination. Great place for a quick meal and semi-healthy options. We love the drinks as well eventhough we found out how much caffeine they have. Tables can be cleaned up more but it’s not bad."
