"Every single time I order the tea I like, they mess it up and give me the wrong thing. Honestly I save more time driving over the the store by Walmart than waiting for the slow service then ultimately having to wait for them to remake it."
"The lady helping us had a terrible attitude and when I asked a simple question she got defensive and said a mean comment. On top of that she had a aggressive tone. Even made the wrong drink that was 3/4s ice. Never coming back to this location."
"I went to Starbucks on my birthday because in the Starbucks app it said I could get a free drink or food item for free. When I got there and asked if I could get a free drink right away they said no then the lady next to her said “aw” and looked weirded out at the lady like she knew I could get a free drink. So I had to use my gift card to pay for it. Then I rode my bike down to giant and got a guava passion fruit drink. When they gave it to me something looked off and if the milk was curdled. I drank it anyways and now I have been having a stomach ache and diarrhea since I drank that drink. I would not recommend going to that Starbucks especially if the milk was spoiled."
