The clothes I looked at when I was there were the worst quality, cheap looking and this isn't the first time. They have been in steady decline for the past few years."

"Shop here often, mostly for the kids. Main displays are always neat. Fitting rooms and bathrooms are maintained. Women’s sales section does give me a bit of anxiety and I avoid it all together. The Gap company as a whole has increased prices dramatically so Old Navy isn’t as affordable as it once was, and the sales-which I understand come from corporate- aren’t worth it most of the time. Doesn’t seem to be a lot of turn over with staff- they are friendly or stay out of your way which is fine by me. However, got a new cashier the other day and she definitely needs to slow down on the caffeine. She was working too fast and not efficient AT ALL. Made me repeat my phone number 7x for a return. During my purchase she struggled to get a security tag off an item, SMASHED the tag repeatedly against the counter then ripped a whole in the pants. It was the last of its kind and she offered 20% off…no thanks lady! She was a hot mess and I had to keep calm because my kids were with me. Please get her off the register and out of sight! I worked retail many years and she would be great during warehouse and inventory, NOT customer service."

"No Columbus day sales! Sad. I shop here often, but only buy good deals. Most of the time the sales are not good. As with other clothing stores...they mark the price up or use suggested manufacturer prices, then make their sales 20%-50%. However, every once in a while you will catch a few good deals."

"Friendly, clean and nice. Was my 1st time in there. They're pretty pricey for me personally. I only bought 10 things and spent close to $200. And half of them were supposed to be on sale. No sure I will shop there again on the account that they've got prices too high for me."
