"Let’s just say we’ve stopped here several times since opening day, including braving the heat and crowds for the grand opening. And, we’ll keep going back! Great donuts and great flavored coffee. Local family owned. Staff, no matter how busy have been friendly, polite, and helpful. The breakfast sandwiches are really good and they have a huge assortment of donuts hand made to order. If you can’t have all the sugar the bare donuts are sweet, but not too sweet. Easy to get to on Rt 11 just east of the Rt 37 and I81 interchanges."
"Today was the first time I had ever been to a Duck Donuts. I was pleasantly surprised about how good a cake donut was. They had so many to choose from it was hard to decide. The girl that waited on me “G” was a great help. I went with a couple of ones she said people liked. They did not disappoint. She also told me they were going to be having some pumpkin flavors this fall!!! I’m super excited for this and I will definitely be back!"
"Long lines but surprisingly fast service with friendly staff. My only complaint would be the work areas were a mess and chocolate was on the bottom of my box which I didn't realize. Which then got everywhere on my car seats and hands. Other than that impressed. I ended up getting several boxes and then took them to surprise people."
