"Ordered two drinks here on the app on 9/18, I show up and they are closed due to system issues. No refund or anything, they don’t show up as a location on the kung fu tea app, no number to call. The franchise owner should be making sure that orders placed while their mobile ordering was open are refunded."
"Came during the afternoon and they were quite busy, but drinks came in just a couple minutes, great service!! Prices are super fair and there's plenty of options. I got the strawberry lemonade - SO GOOD!!! It wasn't too sweet or had too much ice or anything. Boba was a little unevenly cooked but it tasted so good who cares. Literally one of the best chain boba places I've tried. Located in the mall food court. Highly recommend for a boba refresher - thanks!!"
"I just went to this place for the first time today to give them a chance, I’m not huge on buying things out in public because most times I’m unsatisfied.But I decided today to give it a try ,and I instantly regretted it. This is the worst Thai tea I’ve ever been made in my life. I’d rather them take their time and make the quality good then rush and it not be good.My drink wasn’t even orange. Thai tea is supposed to have a orange tint to it. Highly disappointed. Drank it anyways because I’m not letting my money go to waste ,it wasn’t GROSS it just wasn’t like i usually get Thai tea."
