"The service here was extremely slow. Was denied counter service and told to use a kiosk to order one donut off the rack. Took them 10 minutes to get that donut off the rack."
"Ordered a toasted everything bagel with butter and they gave me the toasted bagel but the butter was in a packaged cup on the side. I was the only one in line; I get being understaffed but that’s just lazy."
"I LOVE Dunkin Donuts however they have been messing up our orders and it really upsets me. I realize they get busy and sometimes short handed. It’s things like no sugar and cinnamon on my Carmel craze, no cream cheese on my bagel, Dunkin we love you just PLEASE take a minute check over orders to make sure they are correct, thank you for all the good please fix the bad"
"Today at 1:20 pm I pulled up to the drive threw. I was the only car there. I waited 5 mins for someone to take my order. No one did, so I pulled up to the window. I asked the lady who was working if she could take my order. She said no and that I needed to place my order at the speaker. I informed her that I tried but no one was there. I’m not sure why she could not take my order. I was disgusted at this point so I left. The service at this location is terrible."
"Iced coffee and cold brew always very bitter. I get my coffee the exact same way but this location never comes out right. One very rude woman ruining it for the other workers who came in with great attitudes."
