"Overall, it's just okay. There was nothing special about the pedicure to warrant an $80 price tag. It would be different if they offered extras like hot stones or wax booties like other places, but unfortunately, they don't provide such services. Will I be back? No."

"My daughter and I both went for a massage. As you are waiting in a small area a girl brings us a basin for a feet soak. Not a relaxing atmosphere with girls and clients going in between us. Too noisy and crowded. My daughter said her masseuse was excellent. Mine however was a disappointment. It was like she didn’t want to be there. Not personable. When leaving you are offered a glass of water. My daughter was offered this and her girl was friendly and walked out to the lobby area with her. I never saw mine once she left the room after the massage. She therefore did not get the tip I was still going to give her despite how I felt. The prices are high to begin with but to not have that personable care was disappointing. I was glad I used a gift card. If you go there I hope you get the girl my daughter had. I won’t be returning."

"For how much it is I have never had a GREAT experience! On the website it always makes it sound so much better, like it says back massages get a foot bath and sensory journey (whatever that is) but I have had probably 4 massages there and never had more than just a back massage that always seems to be cut a little short. And never focus on the areas I ask. And the hair cuts say it comes with an aveda scalp massage and a mini facial and didn’t receive either of those with my hair service. So the experience sounds better than it is, I have never felt like I was anywhere better than an average place!"

"One hour massage was AWFUL. It was closer to half an hour, and I left feeling exactly the same. I was told they had a matte nail polish top coat, and the one they used on me definitely was not. My polish chipped the next day. I also believe they charged me $70 more than they should have. They told me they would mail me out a copy of the bill (why can't it just be emailed?) and they never did. Will never go back"
