The only complaint I have is that's it's almost impossible to get through when you call. Otherwise, all-in-all a pretty good place."

They never call you back with results. 90% of the time they don’t even pick up the phone. They put in the wrong referrals and don’t listen to you. "Very unprofessional. This is my 2nd time being rescheduled from an appointment I made 4 months ago. The staff is rude and unprofessional. Nobody ever reached out to call me prior to the first cancellation, I am 1,000% sure of that. I haven't had many problems in the past with Zufall, but as of recently, the service and communication has been bottom tier. They make sure they send out 20 text messages prior to your appointment though. But All for no reason."
