"Intake was quick and straightforward. I had to sign a few papers but otherwise signing in was quick. The place is adorned with lovely modern geometric paintings. I was one of very few patients there so I got taken back quickly for the intake. I had to wait about 10-15 minutes for the doctor to come into the exam room but this was quick for me. The doctor was very nice and professional. She explained the process in a way that I understood and she was quick but thorough with her exam. I can tell they're set up for only the most basic of exams, and probably don't get a lot of funding. Either way, it wasn't a bad experience. I've had worse."

"Can here for an LHI appointment that was scheduled a month out. Get here and oh our doctor is in a meeting you'll have to wait. Who schedules a meeting when you have patients booked?! Receptionist staff were very rude and sounded very annoyed that they even had to in process me."

"Tried to schedule a pre-employment drug screening and DOT physical, needed to be done within in 3 days, told me first appointment was more than 2 weeks out. Obviously they don't want to do that type of work there. If you go to UHS on Mitchell Ave. it's a walk in, no appointment necessary."

Doctor was very.pleasant as well as Peter the radiologist. After reading reviews I was prepared to walk into a caustic environment; what a pleasant surprise!"
