"Great selection and very honest manager! I came in with a return which I handed to the cashier while I shopped to replace them. Turns out I forgot to do the return when I purchased my new shoes. I went back in 3 weeks later when I didn't see the return on my CC statement. The manager had saved the shoes & had tried to contact me via e-mail (spam filter ruined this attempt). I'm very thankful for her honesty!"

"Very disappointed. I have a coupon for $30 off if you make a $49 purchase. I spent an hour at the DSW on the Vestal Parkway, NY choosing just the right shoes. Went up to the register AND because they didn't have my size shoe at the store-- they had to order online. BECAUSE OF THAT- this shoe purchase would NOT count towards my $49.00 for the $30.00 off. I was Never told this... disappointed... left everything at the register and left the store!"

"Had a really good experience here. The ladies know their stuff and good customer service. We ordered the correct size at check out because they didn't have any stock. It arrived earlier than I thought and my boyfriend is happy with his purchase. If you don't like they she said I could take them back to the store for a full refund."
