"They are not efficient with their communication services for when you want to schedule an appointment for your child. You call, they send you to an operator, you give your information... And even if they call you, you return to the same thing. Wasting an entire day just trying to get an appointment. It doesn't matter if it's an appointment with your regular doctor OR if you're sick. On top of that, some of their secretaries and nurses are very bloody. Be it when you call or arrive at the office when interacting with them. Their average deals. Some doctors are good; that will be positive for this clinic."
