"The brewery that I judge all other breweries by, because it is the gold standard! On top of having an excellent seasonal rotation of some of the finest beers, the atmosphere and location are among my favorite, especially after a day at the (nearby Chautauqua) lake or a hike through the local forests. Plentiful pub space in the winter is even better in the summer, when the grounds are a buzz among the many tables. If you’re lucky there’s an incredible band on the outdoor stage. I always appreciate that I’m able to bring the pups along and they are comfortable and welcomed. The food menu also has something for everyone, including vegetarian options. Don’t skip getting “the Beautiful Mess” - a staple appetizer u like any other nacho plate around! Highly recommended and loved!"
