"The past couple of times I went there I was pretty much gaslighted by her. I was sick but she was more concerned why I was wearing all black. She asked me my favorite food I said salad and she laughed at me and said I know it’s cake. I got really upset, mind you I’m on anxiety and depression medicine. She didn’t care she made me upset. It was a horrible experience. I see her nurse practitioner but if I’m ever to see her again I’ll find a new doctor before I ever see her again."

"I just want to start by saying that Dr. Hart has been wonderful with my son since we've moved to the area. However, her office staff is not so wonderful. Every time I call to make an appointment or have questions answered, I received unwarranted attitude from their end. It's as if I'm bothering them to do their job. The interactions in person are just as bad as on the phone so I know it's not just because of a bad day... it's an all of the time thing. I've never once had a pleasant interaction with the staff and it's making me consider switching to a different facility."

"While I have much respect for Dr. Hart and feel that she is a very good doctor, her NP Barcalow is atrocious. He forced his political beliefs on me and had little knowledge or concern about my well being. Dr. Hart's staff is also extremely rude and dismissive with the ecception of one person. I really don't know how she works there."

"I really like my doctor here. The office is a different story. They have a habit of not calling people when they cancel your appointment. This has happened to us twice over the past couple of months. I live over 20 minutes away and had to drive in twice to find out the office was closed. Please have the courtesy to call your patients when you need to cancel. I would be charged a fee if it was me missing the appointment. They always say they called me but I have never gotten a call for a cancelation. The call center told me to drive back because the systems were fixed and was turned away again. I think there is some sort of lack of communication or maybe a bad employee forgetting to call people."
