"I ordered shoes online they charged my card twice. I have called customer service 3 times, waited on hold a combined time of 2 hours and still have not spoken to a manager. I cannot get the 2nd charge canceled. Only 1 order was placed and picked up. every representative I speak with says something different. a manager was supposed to call me but never did. I am beyond frustrated and do not know if I will get a refund for the 2nd fraudulent charge they made. do not order online from them."
