"It was very busy. We had an appointment, but we still had to wait a while. We had to order what we needed, and they said it would be in in a few days. It took about 10 days. My husband wasn't really happy because he had to return the phone he was waiting for the part for by a specified date, but it was probably beyond their control, so I really can't blame them. They fixed it as soon as the screen came in."

"Tried calling the store to see why an order was refunded before I even picked it up??? No options on the phone system to talk to someone at the store. Instead it ALWAYS takes me to some foreign person. I just want to talk to someone at the store. I used to be a fan of Best Buy but now I see why I haven’t gone there in years. Update - my wife went in over lunch to pick up the order I was calling about and found they cancelled it for non-pickup (was there for less than a week and I was out of town). Paid by gift certificate and credit card. Refunded the credit card but was told they would have also refunded the gift certificate. First, I never received a call telling me the order would be cancelled. Second, they never gave me my gift card back. I told my wife that and the manager told her they ALWAYS give the card back in case of a refund. I told her they never gave that back. The manager basically called her a liar and said they would have given it back. She asked what happens if they don’t and he said it should be in the safe. He entered and checked - guess where the gift card was. Oh, and without the gift card, they wouldn’t have offered the refund amount! So, Best Buy has lost a lifelong customer for the lack of customer service and leadership."

"I had a young guy named Zach help me buy 2 tvs during the black Friday sales. This guy was on the freaking ball. Quick and efficient. Polite and helpful. In and out in about a half hour even with signing up for the store credit. Hope the manager sees this and gives him a bonus/raise."

"I love my local Best Buy. Every time I go, the associates are super helpful. Yesterday, my husband and I were shopping for early Christmas gifts. Teddy was the associate who helped us, and he couldn't have been more patient, kind, and understanding. We were very indecisive and I felt so bad because he had to do a whole lot of running around for us. Since I haven't rated this Best Buy before, I figured that it was definitely worth mentioning how wonderful the service was. Other associates also regularly made sure we were being helped if we were looking around, which we appreciated. Thanks so much for all of your help, if you see this, Teddy! Best Buy, get this kid a raise."
