She showed me techniques and exercises for everything connected to my tmj disfunction, which I can also do at home. The time I spent there was definitely worth while, and helped me tremendously. "Even though I did several of the same exercises each time they tried to give me new ones each and every time the only thing that I have to say is I just a couple times had a different therapist which is understandable because they have to go with how they can schedule the therapist to the best of each clients needs but I would like to do the same exact exercise program or routine however you want to put it each time I come in and also with the rollers that they used for massaging your back I was not fond of them in fact I didn’t feel like they were as effective as just using their hands but that’s just my opinion only other than that I really would highly recommend them and also I would recommend that they also share their findings of what they’re going to recommend to their clients doctors about their care because it’s their health that is being discussed and involved I just felt that was kind of secretive but I understood they didn’t want to invade my freedom of privacy but they could’ve taken me into another room and talked about it"
