"She couldn't care less. After 3 months we were assigned an appointment with lead dr Garfinkle who cared enough to go through all the reports of the past three months. He was happy to answer all our questions with interest even after a 24hr workday. The office did a bunch of tests without informing us that the tests may require pre authorization. We asked our insurance provider and they asked for pre auth. The doctors office says it is against their policy to do pre-auth. With in network doctor it would seem the insurance and the office would be in sync."

"Very disappointing! My wife had a simple procedure and had to make 8 trips in the last 6 months. There is no resolution till date and finally my wife has to under go surgery. 1) Wait times on an avg is around 1 hour and 15 mins. 2) Bad communication, Dr L would not follow up with what needs to be done next or give proper instructions. 3) During one of the visits, my wife had to return saying there was no technician avbl to do the ultra sound. Doc's office still charged my insurance. 4) We live in montville and chose this Doc as they have an office in montville, however there are multiple instances when we are asked to go to morristown and this is communicated on the day of the visit. 5) Dr L is not empathetic."

"I had the worst experience of my life about a month ago during an attempted synohysogram. I researched and researched before the procedure and was not only told by everyone who I talked to but Johns Hopkins also told me this procedure is painless. Only for me to have the worst most excruciating pain and traumatic experience I’ve ever felt in my life . What happened yesterday to me was NOT okay. Both Dr. Laguduva and her assistant who was in the room, with everyone else in the practice I’m sure, heard my screams. This procedure was forced even after I asked for Dr. L to stop multiple times and she didn’t stop, she forced and forced I have never experienced such torture in my entire life. I will NEVER be back to your practice, I feel completely disrespected and not taken care of and I hope this never ever happens to anyone in their life again. And as a side note, I am not a wimp by any means. I have tattoos and piercings and I’ve been through surgeries and spinal injections while awake and nothing in my life has ever traumatized me and hurt me the way this attempted procedure did. And it was all for nothing because the procedure didn’t even work. I am so disappointed , so shaken up and completely traumatized. I will never be back to this practice or any other one associated with this practice."

"I have had a scary bout of post-menopausal issues. Dr. Laguduva performed a rough procedure in her office and was comforting, even asked me If I wanted to come back for it when I felt more prepared, and after some hand holding and discussing, we did it. I felt like we did it together. She talked to me during procedure and was very understanding and kind afterward. Her follow through was great and now I will undergo another procedure with her, under anesthesia. I really like her and she has earned my trust."
