"Warning do not go to this doctor! I went years ago when I was pregnant looking for a new doctor cause new insurance. Most time was rushed but one time I brought a friend and during the pelvic exam he kept flirting with her while inside checking. I was so grossed out but was towards the end so hung in. The day I gave birth I went in just for a check up my due dates was a few weeks away. He checked I felt pain and he said see you soon and left I didn't know what he meant. Went to nearby store and contractions started coming fast I could barely walk. Went to hospital wasn't explained anything happening said doctor had a golf vacation so was rushing me to give birth (not sure what he did to make contractions come so fast). While giving birth was treated horrible, he wouldn't let father cut the cord and after told me he would not tie my tubes even if I requested and the nurse apologized to me. The whole experience with him made me sick and I didn't even go back for check up after birth I was to upset."

"Great Dr. and put my mind at ease before the holiday when I needed to diagnose a miscarriage. He worked with me even when I had no insurance and kept the cost down. All other Dr's in the area including my very own wouldn't see me because of no insurance and just told me to go to Emergency. This Dr. took me right in even though I wasn't a prior patient. Thank you Dr. Sherman!"

"My two daughters and I have been seeing Dr. Sherman for about a year now and he’s usually okay but a little too overly nice (red flag). This last time we made an appointment he insisted that all 3 of us needed to be seen and insisted that we come in on his day off even when we told him we had no problem coming in on his next work day. When I called the morning of my appointment to verify my insurance because of recent problems I was informed that my insurance had been terminated. I called the Dr. to reschedule so that I could have time to correct my insurance issues and he took the phone from the receptionist and started yelling at me stating that he knew we didn’t have insurance because he’d checked the day before but instead of rescheduling he insisted that we come in and pay out of pocket for the visit. He raised his voice and was completely rude towards me. He only wants to get paid and play with women."

"I saw Dr.Sherman for my first pregnancy and birth 7 years ago. My wishes were totally disregarded to the extent that he broke my water against my will, as I screamed for him to stop. He was rude, angry, and totally unprofessional. I was young and poor, and just coming out of an addiction so he assumed he could mistreat me. Now, I have had significantly better birth experiences and would never allow a doctor to hurt me like he did. As a current nursing student, I am thankful that not all doctors are as horrible as he is. If you want a doctor who respects you and will not assault you in labor, avoid Dr.Sherman like the plague."
